Who we are
Poison Phenibut is an independent educational project that publishes information about the health risks of phenibut. It is not operated by, or affiliated with, the CDC, FDA, SAMHSA, or any government agency or healthcare provider.
What we collect
We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The information you actively provide is what you send through the contact form: your name, email address, subject, and message. As with any web request, our host and form processor may also automatically receive technical data such as your IP address, browser user-agent, and a timestamp.
How contact form submissions are handled
Contact form submissions are processed by Getform (getform.io), a third-party form service, and delivered to the site operator. Getform stores submissions on its servers subject to its own privacy policy. Please do not include health details, or anyone else's personal information, that you would not want stored by a third-party service.
We retain messages only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and you can ask us to delete your submission at any time via the contact form.
This site is not a healthcare provider and is not covered by HIPAA. Do not use the contact form for emergencies — it is not monitored continuously. In an emergency, call 911; for poisoning, call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222; for a suicidal crisis, call or text 988.
How we use your information
Submissions are used only to respond to your message. We do not sell personal information. We will not publish anything you send without asking you first.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages, which may process standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to deliver and secure the site.
